Essential oil dosage in diffuser?

It is customary to mix 7 drops of neutral oil for 1 drop of essential oil. For nebulizer diffusers, it is common to fill the water tank and add 2 to 5 drops of E.O.

These oils are highly concentrated natural active molecules. In case of skin application, always dilute with a neutral oil.

They may in some cases cause allergies due to high concentration. Before widespread application, it is recommended to do a test with a drop of the diluted mixture on the inside of the arm.
