Shipping Policy
 
What are the shipping times for your products?
 
We take 1-4 days to process your order and then 5-10 days to deliver it to you depending on your Country.
 
Note: During delivery, if you are not present at your home, you may have to travel to collect your order yourself.
 
Do you ship all over the world?
 
Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide, but some countries may be temporarily unavailable depending on the period.
 
Where do we ship your product from?
 
Our offices are located in the USA and Hong Kong. We have a warehouse in France, in the USA and Our central warehouse is located in China.
 
Do you provide product tracking/tracing information?
 
Yes, you will receive your tracking number automatically by email. If this is not the case, wait at least 4 days after your order and ask us for your tracking number via email at: contact@oko-oko.com
 
Some items are missing from my order, what’s going on?
 
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If, for example, it contains items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries and two tracking numbers. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.
 
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
 
We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item in its packaging, another out of the packaging and a photo of the packaging with the tag visible. Take photos using your smartphone in high definition. Send the e-mail to: contact@oko-oko.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
 
I still have not received my order. What’s taking so long?
 
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need assistance in tracking your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at contact@oko-oko.com.
 
Do you have a refund policy?
 
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still want to be reimbursed for your order, we can of course credit the payment method used when ordering. In the case, the appeal must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order and only on non-sale products. For more information, please read more about our refund policy.
