Milk frothers.
From the electric milk warmer to the battery mini whisk, our milk frothers make fine foam for your cappuccinos, lattes, matchas and hot chocolates.
Cappuccino, a story of Capuchin friars.
The cappuccino owes its name to the Capuchin friars. The light brown of their habits recalled the colour of coffee topped with frothy milk.
To get that foam at home, you don’t need a professional coffee machine. A good milk frother does the job in under a minute.
The electric milk frother, hot or cold.
Our 5-in-1 milk warmer and frother heats milk to 45, 55 or 65 °C and froths it at the same time. It switches off on its own, so the milk never burns on the bottom.
One programme makes hot chocolate, another whips up cold foam for iced drinks. The display shows the temperature in real time.
The electric mini whisk, wherever you go.
The electric mini whisk runs on two batteries, with no cable or base. Dip it into your cup and the foam forms in seconds.
It is ideal for whisking matcha, lightening a café crème or frothing milk that is already hot. It fits in a drawer and rinses under the tap.
Latte, matcha latte or hot chocolate.
Well-made milk foam turns an everyday drink into a little treat. Pour it over an espresso for a latte, over matcha for a matcha latte.
For hot chocolate, heat milk and chocolate together in the milk warmer, then add a touch of foam on top.
Which milk froths best?
Whole milk gives the creamiest foam, thanks to its fat. Semi-skimmed milk also froths very well, with a lighter foam.
For plant-based drinks, choose the “barista” versions of oat or soya, designed to froth. The others often collapse quickly.
Caring for your frother.
Rinse the whisk right after use, before the milk dries. Dried milk sticks and then needs a long soak.
The base of the milk warmer must never go under water or in the dishwasher. A damp cloth is enough for the outside.
Good to know.
Do not go above the maximum mark of the milk warmer, as milk expands when it froths and could overflow. Let the appliance cool down before cleaning it.
