Don’t worry, the rest will come soon. We are often forced to send separate shipments of the same order for logistical reasons.
Depending on the products ordered, some carriers may have restrictions such as: batteries, powders, liquids, flammable products, etc. For these reasons, we cannot use the same carrier.
We also have several warehouses around the world and your order can leave from different locations and/or countries.

Completed means that your order has just finished being processed by our shipping department. Your order is now in transit.

No, don’t worry, everything is already paid for, you don’t have to pay anything.

This may depend on the products ordered. Of course, we are working to reduce these delays as much as possible.

After the confirmation of your order, we will prepare your package (about 1 to 3 days), then we will send it through our logistics network, between 5 and 20 days depending on your country.

Don’t forget to add in national vacations, and always think big if you have a date to meet.

You should have received an email in which there is the summary of your order and the link(s) necessary to track your order. To find out where your order is, click on “Track” in the “tracking information” section.
An approximate delivery date will appear a few days after leaving our warehouse.

All your data is fully protected, and we will not sell or give your information to anyone.

You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order. Then we pack and prepare your order. The delivery company will pick up your package at one of our warehouses. From there, your order will go through the entire delivery process to arrive at your home.
The delivery will be made to the delivery address that you have indicated when ordering.
If you are not home, you may have to go to the post office to pick up your package. Thank you for your understanding.

You will receive an order confirmation that acts as an invoice and includes all the details of your purchases.

Unfortunately, our packages are sometimes put to the test during transport.
In the case of a damaged package, send us 3 photos: 1 of the package with the shipping label readable, 1 with the product in the box and 1 with the product out of the package. The photos must be unblurred and of good quality. After analysis, a new shipment will be made.
The device does not work. No problem, just describe the problem, take some pictures and send it by email as soon as possible. (14 days maximum). After analysis or return, a new shipment will be made.
My package is lost. It may happen that the tracking of a package is not updated in real time. This may give the impression that the package is stuck or lost. If the loss of your package is confirmed, after analysis, we will start a new order
