Jasmine Flower Tea

Jasmine flower infusions are used to treat headaches and coughs. It is also an excellent sedative that promotes blood circulation and blood pressure.

Jasmine flowers can be consumed in infusion as is, but also mixed with tea, preferably green or white tea. Its dosage is 6 gr of flower for 250 ml of water.

Jasmine flower tea has a sweet and pleasant taste, but it is slightly acidic. It is therefore not recommended to consume it on an empty stomach to avoid heartburn.

It is often associated with green tea, which is rich in antioxidants, facilitating weight loss thanks to its draining and fat-burning effect.
