How to prepare the blooming flower tea in the teapot?

Bring water to a boil in a cast iron Tetsubin teapot, remove from heat and set aside. In a glass teapot, preferably with a transparent glass filter, place the flower tea ball in the filter or teapot. Pour hot water and enjoy the show.

When the infusion is strong enough, remove the filter and serve. Feel free to steep the same Flower Tea ball several times (as long as the water colors).
